The ability of the Tycoon to increase your base driller output stacks. Every factory produces a base number of 18 drillers per day. Each Tycoon adds 50% per day, which equates to 9 additional drillers. Production cycles occur every time there are 6 drillers to be deployed. With no Tycoons this occurs every 8 hours.
